β β β β β Went there for dinner. Hardly any customers and the staff was not busy at all. But the counter staff displayed zero interest in serving. Didn't bother to answer any question.

β β β β β Bad experience. All the spoons and forks are dirty and have dried marks on them so I asked them for disposable utensils but the staff keep insisting she cannot give the disposable utensils and that I have to pay for it.

β β β β β Rude and inflexible counter staff. Straight out refused any form of customization to the dishes. When we told him that other Pepper Lunch Express stalls had accommodated our requests, the staff even wanted to lodge a complaint about the other stalls.
