Professional Service with friendly staffs, have contacted them a few times and everytime we got our plumbing problems solved properly with good advice from family plumber. Responsive and good attitude from staffs. Do give them a try if you need plumbing services.

Came down and collected 50$ to tell me that he cannot repair my water heater. Should be more professional. Also was looking most of the time on handphone searching for something while there. I can google it myself next time as well. Got another plumber which repaired the water heater ( heating element broken) for 78$.

We had a clog in the pipes and two toilets weren't flushing. This was explained over the phone and they said it'd cost 80-150 to fix. They came, failed at fixing, and took advantage of my wife by charging her $150 for their time. We later had other plumbers come and assess with the same result, picky not charging anything because they couldn't fix it. They also mentioned what this company did is illegal. I asked them to return 100 of the 150 and they gave me the run around. This is illegal in Singapore. I will notify the authorities. Do not use this company. How dare they charge 150 for not fixing anything. Shame on them.

I am worried when I contact this plumber cos the review given to him is only 3.6. I have engaged his service to change 3 taps, 1 flushing system and unclogging the drain in one of the toilet. He did all these in less than 1 hour and he charge me for $450 only. The u clogging of drain is very tedious therefore he curate $200 for it which I am very grateful cos now everything are in working condition

Quick and clear communication the night before I needed the service, regarding the appointment time and the description of the needed work. Came in, quick analysis with clear options for me to choose, then just went ahead and did a good job. Very professional. Recommended.

Found out that both my sinks in the house were leaking at 1215pm. I called Famy Plumber and they helped set up at appointment for them to arrive between 230-330pm. After a slight delay, they arrived and fixed everything before 6pm. I love the efficiency and the quality of work done, and you can't put a price on that. They are indeed family now because they are all that I need for plumbing.

John is professional and detailed. Had a chocked pipe due to oily residue. Came within 2 hours and clear the chock within 2 hrs . Pricing is reasonable.

Contacted the service to fix a kitchen tap leak. Was told the plumber would arrive between 3-4pm but he arrived about 30minutes late from the appointment time. The tap leak issue was fixed in about 30 minutes and cost S$180. But subsequently, we found water leaking around the repair area again in the following 2 days and had to call the company to request for the plumber to come in again to fix the issue! The follow-up appointment was supposed to be around 2pm on the following day. Again the plumber did not turn up on time at all till 3.30pm! It was such a waste of our time having to wait twice for the plumber to arrive. Even more disappointing and upsetting is that despite paying quite a high fee, he did not do a proper job in the first instance to fix the leak completely…ended up we had to waste time again to deal with the leak issue twice! A disappointing experience and i would think twice using the service again.
