Jerry just got here a while ago and got right into action to remedy my faulty pipe. The pipe is located beneath and behind a built in cabinet so you can imagine how inaccessible the tap would be. But that did not hamper Jerry. Not only did he remain unfazed by the difficulty of the task at hand (I know I would have been) but he left no stone unturned to get to the root of the problem instead of merely replacing a hose (which I would have). Hence, he is now in the process of clearing the debris surrounding the tap, joints and brackets of the tap while getting ready to replace the old, presumably worn out hoses with new ones. Again, I don't think I need to wait any further to determine whether this rating is justified. He's given the assurance via his actions and ability that 6 stars will suit him just fine. Kudos Plumbing Hub Express (all 3 of you) for having such an outstanding member in your team. Wish you the best in all your endeavors.

I called Jerry and he quoted$350 to $450 to unblock a main choke in my toilet. He send his partner Peter and when he came he said his he need a larger machine and van only it at $460. I rejected and he used some kind of hand tool to try unblock from toilet but damage my toilet. Seem like a work from an unlice6 plumber. I was upset and send him off. Finally I got another and got the job done for $180

My pottery studio drain pipe was choked from clay deposits. Jerry was very professional and explained to me what might have caused the chokage. He used the machine which went inside the drain pipe and gotten out all that was stuck in there. Highly recommended to anyone to plumbing issues. ??????

Had a choke in the toilet but it was due to a faulty sewage pump. Jerry was very professional and knowledgeable. He managed to resolve the issue and gave advices on the issue. Could tell that he knows his stuff well. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Jerry, he is patient, nice, organized and speaks English proficiently which is important for non-mandarin or dialect speaking folks. He helped us to remove our flush outlet system to install a new one, even had to cut through corroded screws to take out the water tank first.
