?️ Dang Gui Roast Duck noodles with Roast Pork @ Famous Hong Kong Style Roasted Delight $5 ? There is the slightest Dang Gui(Angelica herb) taste on the roast duck. Taste just like any other roast duck. The skin are not exceptionally crispy but it is roasted well and have the right amount of skin to fat to meat ratio. My favourite part of eating a roast duck is the skin with a little bit of fat underneath and this dish delivers it. ? The noodles are springy and the sauce has pork lard but they are really not crispy. ? The Roast Pork is mediocre, although succulent, the skin is not crispy and they sliced it a bit to thin for my liking. The roast duck is a decent one and I might go for the roast duck rice next time to taste the duck better. The noodle and the sauce kinds of covers up the taste of the meat.
