Poor queue management. Staffs who works like robots, no flexibility and neither any courtesy shown. Although their motto is 'patients, at the heart of all we do', but it seems blindly working is at the heart of all they do.

Today the malay staffs seem very unfriendly and rude.. from the reception staff at the entrance, the security guard and even the staff at the pharmacy. They should learn more about customer service. Tampines polyclinic should send them to courses on good customer service!

When you come in, register with your NRIC by scanning at the self service Kiosk machine. Then you will get a queue number print out and clinic room number. You can register with your mobile phone number, so when it's a long queue, after you get your queue number you can go have a coffee or tea nearby, when it about your queue number you will receive a SMS reminder notification. This is great ?.

I am not sure what is the point of coming here to make an appointment with the physiotherapist, when they tell you to go home and call the hotline by yourself. I am right outside the physiotherapy room but the counter staff says she can’t help me and told me to go home and call for an appointment. Thanks counter 230 for not being of any help. Explained that my phone battery was low, I had a sprained ankle, I would really appreciate if I could use their phone to call the hotline. She said no. I asked if I can use their charge point to charge my phone and call the hotline in front of her. She said no. Just imagine the amount of other elderly people for example who don’t know how to navigate this system. The staff was completely not helpful at all. And call this a public service? The woman at counter 230 literally told me to go home and call, my alternative was to pay for a Doctors consultation, waste 2 or 3 hours waiting to see this doctor, just to ask the doctor if I can get a physio referral.

Make the patient waited till 3.5 hour, when my number been called i was buying drink at level 2, my room is room 315 at level 3. So my mum told the doctor that i m on my way back, cos my mum called me so i cancel to buy drink at level 2 vending machine. The doctor ignored my mum and called next number. Surprisingly the doctor can walk out of the room with a few lady walk here and there. I and my mother are wasting our time at tampines polyclinic. So i and my mother left on the spot without waiting! Hope that i wont be there anymore.???

Staff washing toilet next to blood/urine test dept before closing time on Saturday. Making the old forks walk all the way till the other end of the building to mens’ toilet. So inconsiderate just because they want to go home in time. Staff at entrance refuse entry if there is no booking made earlier. Polyclinic is supposed to help the citizen but seems that they are refusing the old and needy. Disappointed.

This polyclinic has been around for quite a number of years. Nurses services are quite good, in fact, much better than National Health polyclinics. Came here for the baby check up and I just say that the nurses are much more organized in this polyclinic vs their National Health counterparts. Queue system is organized and you don’t see people trying to cut queue, and the queue assistant actually assists patients trying to get their queue number. The polyclinic is spacious and there is a definitely and abundance of seats for everyone to sit down while waiting for their turn. This is during covid period, where patients are encourage to book before heading down. If I am reviewing just the nurses, I will give this place a 5 star review. However, as I did go see a doctor, I would have to Reduce the rating to 3 stars. The doctor is v nonchalant and I feel that he is just going through the motions. Edit: I brought my child to a Paediatrician For s second opinion and I realized that the GP at the polyclinic misdiagnosed my child (he actually put my child up for a referral appointment at KKCH). I would be more careful when it’s more specialized fields and would definitely seek a second opinion if initial diagnosis is from the polyclinic.

Booked dental services online and was given appointment in about 2 weeks’ time. Was surprised that I can meet the dentist, Dr Charmaine Kho at the appointed time. She attended to me professionally and explained my problem patiently. Am really impressed with the pleasant experiences.
