The lady owner’s attitude is very bad. Went there with my family and we were deciding on which fruit juice to get. I was deciding on Avocado Milkshake and according to their menu, it costs much more expensive if I were to order it takeaway. I told my parents about it and my parents were still thinking when the lady owner asked us what do we want. My parents asked me to order first as they will need some time to think. I proceeded to tell the lady owner that I would like to get an Avocado Milkshake. However, the lady owner did not acknowledge me (no nodding/saying okay/or even asking whether I want it having here or take away). So I thought she didn’t hear me and repeated myself nicely again. The lady owner then said with an annoyed tone (p.s. convo were in chinese) ‘I know, you need to tell me having here or take away. You understand me? You need to tell me having here or take away.’ I turned around to ask my parents whether they want to drink here or take away but the lady owner raises her voice and went ‘Hello!’ I turned back to her and said (in annoyed tone as well because I was being nice the entire time but her attitude towards me was bad) ‘Wait first while I ask my parents can?’ The lady owner then rolled her eyes and went in to her stall to tell her husband what was going on and complained about my attitude. The husband came out and stared at me. I was too angry that I did not buy any in the end. Excuse me? If your attitude is bad towards your customers, don’t expect the customers to be nice to you too. Can’t you see my parents are still deciding and I’m asking them for their decision? You didn’t even acknowledge my order, is that how you do business? That was just rude.
