★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the counter at ard 8.30pm today was really sweet and friendly. Thank customers and wish them to be safe during covid period. Haven’t experienced such great customer service from a takeaway place in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs on 28 November 21 were rude. Make mistake just ignore and no apologise.
Our order number was not sounded after a long wait and when we go forward to ask. They just said we did not collect ourselves.
Drinks were dilute compared to other branch with no coconut meat in it.
Poor service and not fit to be in service line.

Ordered 04 x Coconut Shakes (0%). This time, there was no pulp in the shake though. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, when was the last time the management sent someone down to inspect the outlet at Anchorpoint? The attitude was appalling! The service was totally non-existent! The tall guy in black behind the counter behaves as if the customers owes him a bloody living. The music was so loud, I could hardly hear what he was talking about. I refused to get a drink from your joint at Anchorpoint. I just walked away.
Please get back to basics! Remember your mission & vision statement! The magic word....Focus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the coconut shake. Zero level sugar is just right cos the coconut juice and ice cream is already sweet enough. Very popular, ordered during lunchtime and waited 15min there for the drink
