★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately both the drink and service were bad. The taste of the roasted coconut shake is ok, but the coconut bits were nearly inedible. The server was also incredibly rude for no reason. They treated me with hostility when I ordered and slammed the drinks down on the table when they served it to me. This behaviour is inappropriate and uncalled for.
When I visited the shop a few months ago when the owner was there, both service and drink were better. It seems like the standards have lowered over the past few months. I would recommend walking across the road to get Mr. Coconut and save some money along the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the cookies and cream shake. Thought it was just ok. I think it would have liked it more if the cookies were blended less so you can taste them a bit more. In this shake, it's just a uniform grey puree as I think the cookies have all been melted or something. The coconut chunks were nice though.

I ordered original coconut shake, 35% sugar level. It was sweeter than I thought. Next time, I’ll try cold brew! Looking forward to it :)

6/5/22 - came back again to give it another chance, this time round we had the original. Unfortunately it tasted more of ice than coconut, very diluted. 1/5
Won’t be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely friendly staff taking order and the entire preparation process can be observed through the window. Coconut shake was sweet even at 0% sugar level. Many modes of payment were available.
Unfortunately, it is not as good as Mr Coconut in terms of taste and price ($5.80 vs $4.40). I also prefer the ‘normal’ cup that allows you to poke the straw through the middle so that I can use it to stir the ice.
