★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the “little miss piggy” (or something like that) pho. I customised mine to exclude onions, coriander and spring onion, being a fan of none of them. The dish came with nicely torched slices of pork topped with pieces of aromatic crispy pork lard. Taste wise, it was just about right for me - broth was flavourful yet not overpowering or overly salty, and the pork slices were tender and go well with the sriracha hot sauce that’s available when you dine in.
The drip coffee was good...and who could forget about the condensed milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the fatty pork banh mi and it was love at first bite. It was huge, juicy, sweet but not American-level sweet, and they were very generous with the meat and toppings. The pickled veggies were just the right level of acidity and texture was perfect. Not too limp and not too raw.
The drip coffee was unforgettable too. I haven't had black coffee this flavorful in a while. All this for the princely sum of $14!!!

Ordered the Viet Chicken Rice Bowl. Serving size was just nice & the chicken is super good. Goes very well with the chili served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pho (Noodle soup) is quite tasty. I tried both with beef and with chicken and both are nice.
However, portions are too big for ladies and I couldn’t finish my bowl, that’s why I felt bad that I was wasting food. Maybe you could try to reduce sizes of the portions?
