โ โ โ โ โ First time to this outlet. Usually I would visit the one at Rangoon Road, and had delivery from the Rangoon outlet as well. Food in Rangoon was much better. The winged bean was a little too salty, the fried spring roll didnโt taste the same here. Only the salty lemonade drink was on par.

โ โ โ โ โ It was some three years ago that I patronized Mrs Pho at their Beach Road outlet. Kind of forgotten that taste.
This Orchard 313 outlet is brighter and neater. We were fortunate that we did not have to wait for seats despite being lunch hour (our visit to Beach Road outlet, we waited for nearly half an hour).
The broth for their beef combination was clear and nice. I think the broth had been brewed with beef bones for hours (may even be overnight). The beef slice was fresh and a little bloody when brought to our table but became fully cooked a short while later; making them crisp and tender. The briskets and tendons were just normal. There was insufficient Basel leaves but there was a strange nice spice flavor in the broth which we think Star anise were used.
Both wifey and I felt that the pho (noodles) was just local Kway Teow, not springy enough.
We ordered the fried spring roll and prawn paste on sugarcane - they were nothing special.

โ โ โ โ โ The broth was lightly flavored and tame, not intense. Like it or not depends on your preference or mood. Noodle texture was on the soft side. Not chewy but itโs fine. Quality of meat combo was ok and garnishing underwhelming. More tendon, bean sprouts and toppings would be nice. Price is ok. Cute robot but it spilled my bowl of egg wash a little. Ha. Yet to try the other items but Iโm not sure when Iโll do that.

โ โ โ โ โ Unfortunately there was a blackout when I was there, some water got to the electrical wirings causing a short circuit. The serving became slow (perhaps not familiar with paper order), and I find the soup too cold (perhaps no electricity to heat up). And in the end they only accept cash payment, however a waiter is kind enough to receive PayNow on behalf (hope he is honest and not keeping the money himself).
Anyway the slice beef seems good and dry pho seems interesting!

โ โ โ โ โ Popped into this restaurant a couple of weekends back for dinner. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, we waited quite a while before the noodles were served. The drinks were late too.
Nevertheless, the noodles were quite nice. The chicken was pretty tender and juicy, and in chunky portions. The broth was just rightly seasoned and flavourful.
We had to wait a while to pay for our food. So my suggestion is to have a bit more staff to help out to minimise all the waiting time.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the beef brisket & beef slices pho to try. Food were served very fast which was a plus point esp during dinner time! Pho tasted comforting and nice. Fried calamari with the tamarind sauce is worth a shot too.

โ โ โ โ โ The service at Mrs Pho was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and polite. The automated Bella bot was very interesting and efficient. And we had a good lunch time together. Food is good and affordable & itโs definitely a very cosy place I will come back to again!

The staff was friendly and their robot waiter/waitress was fun to watch. The space is too small for the robot.
The food was OK.
The Pho portion size was a bit small for the price
The Vietnamese iced coffee was not what I expected, I believe traditionally it is a coffee served with ice and condensed milk on the bottom with the coffee dripping onto the ice and condensed milk...
