Dishonest company. Boss will keep lying on installation or delivery date. Don’t fall for the pricing trap.

I just called to inform their call center that our lift broke down. The lady over the other line kept telling me her problems. I suggested to her to do the right thing to check out what to do, she slammed down the phone.

Unreliable service. Promised to come fixed the fan in the house lift & yet no show. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call & informed. When I contacted them & asked when they coming to fix the lift fan, again gave me false promises. Showed up 2 hours late when I already informed them that in the afternoon my helper need to go out. Tripped the whole house electricity... do not use their services. Am sure there are better lift service company in Singapore.

Unbelievably rude. Called "the incase of emergency or breakdown hotline", the person in charged, just slammed the phone after asking for the issues. When confronted, she said phone wasn't working therefore slammed the phone and refuse to give her name. She is known as Mdm 101 and 104. She said had escalated the matter to the technician since 1 month ago, nothing can be done if the lift wasn't fix. Absolutely horrible.

Belift - Benson kept me up to date on my project constantly, which helped me coordinate with my stakeholders efficiently. With the wide range of finishes to choose from, I'm glad my team managed to find something they like easily. It was a pleasant experience with Belift team, and we were glad that the quality was not compromised despite the reasonable price tag. Great work!

PLEASE DO NOT EVER EVER USE THEM!!! Pay slightly more for better service and less frustration. Terrible, HORRIBLE service!!! We signed with them (FB INDUSTRIES, that is, whom they merged with) early last year and told them to come in and do up our home lift since August 2021. Which they promised to complete by November 2021. IT’S NOW THE END OF APRIL 2022 and guess what? OUR LIFT’S STILL NOT DONE! The FB Industries boss Lionel has gotten to the point he’s not even picking up our calls. AND WHEN HE DOES HE TELLS LIES EVERY SINGLE DAY ABOUT FOMJNG THE NEXT DAY AND THEN JUST DOESNT SHOW WITHOUT ANY VALID REASON He promises to send people down to do the lift but on the day or the night before these people are due to come down, he gives very terrible excuses, from “my team is all down with covid (if he only used it once we’ll probably have bought it. But he did it so many times) “my men have to do PCR and I forgot about it”, “oh I forgot! I scheduled them to do something else”, the list goes on and on. And he’s still OWING US THE LIFT INSTALLATION SCHEDULE SINCE TWO WEEKS AGO. He promised to give it to us 2 FRIDAYS AGO. UPDATE: HE GAVE US A SCHEDULE AT THE END OF MARCH WITH A PROMISE TO COMPLETE OUR LIFT BY THE END OF APRIL. IT’S NOW 26 APRIL. HE STILL DIDN'T SHOW UP THE PAST 2 DAYS (AS WRITTEN IN THE CONTRACT). We are going to CASE, and definitely suing. PLEASE DON’T EVER USE THEM.

They service my home lift. Dependable and responsive. We reported an oil leak - they came next day to inspect and fix it, without any extra charges.

I'm doing hotel biz and had contract with this FB industries for almost 3 years, their manager Lionel is always full mouth of lies, never trust even 1 word from him. 1. No reply to my msgs or calls many times and claimed he always being very responsive, 2. Lift/escalator faulty happened in Jan 2022 and till now May they still don't solve it, even after we complained to BCA, they still lie to BCA and us that they will fix it by 20 Apr but never happened, clearly BCA also wont be helpful in our case when we encounter such kind of contractor, so I will never do biz with them. Again Lionel lied to me in front of my face that it's delayed due to the Shanghai lockdown. come on, Shanghai locked down in Apr, not Jan, are we living in the same world? 3. Lionel accused we didn't have courtesy of informing them when we terminated contract with them simply because they marked up price. What? He still doesn't understand we terminated the contract because their company didn't fulfill their service? The worst I've ever seen in Singapore market. 4. FB industries even forged a fake lift report to cheat BCA, they didn't solve our hotel lift problem, but instead they came to inspect our another hotel lift and make a fake report stating the lift condition is qualified, and indicate the report is for the premise of the hotel with faulty lift. The reason of renewing PTO for lift every year is to avoid risk and danger, but this FB industries is doing things puting people's lives in danger! This case has been reported to BCA and I hope this company gets the consequence it deserves.
