★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude on the phone, like I'm one of their employees! Service when they want and don't follow schedules. Wants customers to proof that they did the servicing. Upgraded elevator with buttons not working properly. Couldn't even put the control panel on properly and use same screws. Obviously the back was damaged but who cares. MCST has informed them months ago about buttons not working properly after upgrading and yet the issue hasn't been resolved. Guy on phone rude. What else to say about this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unpleasant experience with this company. Rude and always wants to get the job/service done quickly, resolving issues only by recommending parts change which are so costly. Halfway thru service, one got a call and was shouting over the phone whilst sitting on my home bench! Forgot to ask the names of the 2 technicians who came down to my place, just rmb it was a Chinese (local) presumably and a Myanmar national. Am making a plea to the Management to do something about this unacceptable standard
