Once again, UPS did not fail to disappoint. Having had prior bad experiences with UPS, this time round I was at home and waiting for the courier. Guess what, when I check the tracking link from the email at 1.35pm, it showed delivery attempt at 1.29pm. Wow, I have been sitting at home 1m away from my front door since 1pm and no one knocked on the door or even tried to call me about the delivery attempt. I just called their customer service to try and find out what happened. I am not hopeful I will get my parcel today. What a lousy service. I am going to write in to my merchant and tell them to never ever use UPS again. ------- continued------ UPS finally dropped off my parcel at 516pm on the same day. After I called Customer Service twice and after spending some time registering for a UPS account so that I can choose the option to leave the item at my front door.

I thought that I could trust UPS, as I always had the perception that it is on par with DHL, but I was wrong. I didn't have a choice as the merchant used UPS as a delivery partner and I was nervous after reviewing the Google reviews. Totally agree as I myself had the same bad experience. So basically it said that it was out for delivery since 9.53am today and I was at home the whole day waiting. No call, no texts. And only by chance I took a peep and saw that my parcel was laying on the shoe rack at 9.10pm! It is such an expensive item that I was waiting for the whole day. At least have the courtesy to call or text when you have left the parcel outside unattended. Such bad service and I could only hope that the merchants don't use this as their delivery partner. I would rather next time go to the retail stores to purchase immediately.

For the same delivery. Tracking stated delivery failed and was refused by recipient when nobody actually came to make the delivery and nobody even bothered to call. I was at home waiting for it. Called customer service who promised delivery the next day and to call as well. Second day, again I waited by the door. Delivery tracking suddenly stated delivery attempt failed supposedly 5 minutes before I checked. Again no one even came to the door, and no one bothered to call. Zero rectification, zero compensation for the lies and failures. This is not the first time UPS has let me down but having drivers lie about their delivery attempts is on a totally different level. If you have a choice, DHL it. I'm surprised UPS is even worse than FedEx now. Even local delivery companies are more reliable at this point. Package finally arrived on the 3rd day after I had to call them again in the afternoon since no one called me even though it was promised someone would. Again, AVOID UPS IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE. It's just not worth the trouble and anxiety dealing with them.

Not sure how UPS is still in business. Integrity and honesty seems to be lacking. They say they are going to deliver my package on the 15th. Was at home the whole day waiting for the package (Had to cancel all my appointments), but didnt hear the door bell ring. Received a notice today that delivery was attempted but no one was home. UPS should at the very least call the customer to get verification that there is indeed no one home and delivery attempt was indeed made rather then LIE that delivery attempt was made.

Our Company has a shipment from the US, the original B/L was picked up by UPS USA on Feb 18, 2022 which to be delivered to us. As informed by the UPS customer service upon arranging for pick up, the transit time is between 3-4 business days, the documents should be delivered to us by the latest yesterday Feb 23, 2022. However, till today, we still have not received it, when we called, the local staff informed us the documents are already in Singapore, they are still arranging for the dispatch and asked us to call and check again tomorrow. As the vessel arrived in Singapore on Feb 23, 2022, and store rent will start to incur from tomorrow onwards, as such, we offered for self-pick up from their warehouse, with much regret, she informed us that there is no self-pick up facility, and asked us to just wait till tomorrow, should we don't receive it by tomorrow, most likely we'll receive it by day after tomorrow. We explained to her that we really need the documents urgently by today, otherwise, we'll claim the store rent from UPS, she then said she'll email to the dispatch dept and asked us to wait for their return call tomorrow. This unpleasant experience makes us think twice before using their service again in future.

Don’t use UPS. Customer service is not helpful with any useful information. They don’t know what they are doing. Shipment status is very vague. It’s ridiculous that you have enroll their β€œups my choice” to get full shipments details. With that price, we deserve better service and to know where my parcel is real-time without having to do further nonsense enrollment.

Shipped some sensitive documents under UPS Worldwide Express. Delayed in transit for a week. UPS Worldwide Express is time guaranteed. UPS is not honoring it as the claim as the delay is "not under their control". It's the best, universal and convenient excuse. Planning to file a chargeback anyway. This is an utter scam. Services not rendered. To others: please do the same

Deceptive and predatory. I looked at several shipping services to get some crucially important documents sent to another country, and I chose UPS specifically because they claimed that they could expedite them within a reasonable time frame. Many other shipping companies have stated clearly that they cannot accurately predict how long deliveries will take right now. UPS claimed that they could. I sent my documents via UPS on Wednesday, having paid for delivery by Friday morning. It is now the following Wednesday, and my documents are still in a facility in China (final destination is the UK). Every interaction I've had with customer service they have just blamed the pandemic, but can't explain why they still make completely false claims for fast shipping on their website. When I asked to speak to somebody above a customer service rep, they said I'd get a call by end of day, which never came. False advertising and appalling service. Go anywhere else, especially if you have important documents which need to get anywhere ASAP or even reasonably soon.
