I went there today and was greeted by 2 sales people.
One is warm and kind while his colleague, a mandarin speaking sales rep, is surprisingly offensive.
He was trying hard to strike a conversation after I told him I wasn't looking for help. "Please be very careful this is a lamb skin mini peekaboo costs 8000 dollars"
A. it's not exotic leather and I doubt it costs so much. the sales person certainly doesn't know well enough his stuff.
B. Humiliating your client is not a good way to make the impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I traveled to Singapore From Australia i had plans to do shopping from marina bay sands mall so i called up the Fendi Boutique to enquire about few products, the call was answered by Eric Ting , client advisor in FENDI Marina Bay Sands and He answered all my queries and took my details and got in touch with me few weeks before my visit, by the time we reached singapore he had all the fendi products ready for me and my wife, even though he was not rostered to work on the day we went to Boutique, he specially came to assist me and my wife with the fittings. He took lot of pains and extra efforts to make our shopping experience a very luxurious and rememberable. I highly highly recommended ERIC TING for your next visit to FENDI, marina bay sands, Singapore ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the goods but the sales staff doesn't seem engaged. Part of buying luxury items is the experience. Fendi items are lovely, fun, quality and useful, of course, but maybe another outlet will make the welcome worth opening the wallet. Of course, the staff could just be exhausted from all the lookee loo tourists, so I would give them another chance. It's not easy keeping your eye on merchandise while trying to greet potential customers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with a salesperson name Jackson in marina bay sands fendi. He is very impatient and unprofessional. He isn't keen to introduce the goods in fendi and to have basic communication to find out what you likes. All his reply to our questions are very surface and he sounded really impatient. Compare to fendi mbs, Ion Orchard fendi have way way higher level of service standard!
