★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was genuinely interested to get a timepiece and jewelry for my wife and mother and went down to have a look first.
Sales lady looked judgemental and wasn't willing to entertain.
After I talked more about how I have other watches, sales lady showed me some pieces and took down my personal details, address and contact.
She told me she will be emailing and texting through WhatsApp right after we leave the store regarding the brochure, specifications and other details about the watch/jewelry.
It has been months I have got no news from her nor Chopard.
I never went back again, and I went on to buy from other brands.
Definitely not recommended. You're better of with other brands.

He was respectful, friendly, and understanding to how we like our watches to be handled, and a very detailed man who pays good attention to our requirements. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on a lovely Saturday afternoon. Greeted by the ever attentive, Vincent Ong, made our experience at Chopard a wonderful one. Not only was he able to effectively explain the products, he made purchasing of wedding bands a seamless one. My fiancé and I had such a wonderful time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our contact, Vincent, was off when we went down on Saturday evening and he made arrangement for Annie to attend to us. Annie was most helpful and very patient with us, as she attended to us way past closing time, despite having not taken her dinner. she even walked with me to the concierge after our purchase to ensure that we received our vouchers from the mall. even Vincent who was supposedly off that evening attended to us remotely through Annie to ensure that our purchase was a satisfactory one. a very pleasant and enjoyable shopping experience indeed!
