★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Staff there are not here to help. They are here to condemn those whom cannot afford BVLGARI products. It is a waste of space as it have 2 stories. The lower floor of the store is only for the management. Photography is not allowed in the store. There is also no price tag for their pricey items. When you admire their items, they will ask whether you need help so that they can have a quick buck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great time with Evelyn as well as the other team members at Bvlgari MBS. Evelyn asked the right questions and made me comfortable throughout the experience. In fact, the engraving duration took shorter than expected. Kudos!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had differing experiences here. First time, a lady staff was very attentive and provided very good service. She even offered drinks.
However, the second time, the male staff who served me was disinterested until I was about to purchase something. Didn't even bother offering drinks, and yet still tried to sell other unrelated things. Needless to say, will not patronise this shop anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a pleasant experience. The staff isn't there to serve and help. We waited for couple of minutes and yet no one there to serve (walked and shopped alone for both floors). At last manage to get one lady but she said she was engaged and ask us to come back later instead of asking other available colleagues to serve us. They should have attended professional services related trainings or refresher course to bring up their services to in line with the shop reputation name (just a small suggestions ?)
