They really tailor made the lens and frame according to your daily needs and the result is very comfortable.
I don't need to keep pushing my frame up throughout the day from falling off from my nose at all because it just fit me so well.
The use of material and built quality is excellent so that it can really lasts. I appreciate that they make their own frame but unlike many others who usually outsource and the frame will break in 1-2 years.
My pair is 4years old+ and it still look good and solid. I go for service once a year and they will fix every bolts, polish the frame back to shinny and make adjustment.
I would save up enough for years to get a new pair instead some other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was reluctant to step in here due to the unrivalled service which i received from Ginza's outlet for my first pair of four 9s glasses.
Eventually had to replaced my lens and was served by Kevin previously for missing screw before i brought back the actual glasses for replacement the second time.
All i can say is that i was totally wrong. The service level i had received in Japan was totally replicated here, and i left with such a good experience that four nines will always be my go to place for glasses.
Loved all the employees who have provided awesome service when my gf and i was there. Never once did we felt out of place though all we did was lens replacement.
Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to change screws every 1-3 mths due to rusting. The employee complains that I sweat too much and do not wash it, he says everyone including himself did wash after sweating. Oh my goodness this is Singapore my brother. The last time I went there, because screw got broken and became 2 parts, they can't fix and need to send it to JP for maintainance (3weeks). Life time maintainance is a trap, they keep you going there because the quality is far away from their advertisement, soon you will get tired dealing with and get a new pair from somewhere else.

It’s a bit more expensive but the level of service from them is truly remarkable. And because I take my glasses there for regular check and maintenance I got to know the team, Mizu san who explained things very clearly, Grace using the latest technologies to check my eyes, Kevin and Janice … all demonstrate superb professional service level every time.
