POOR SERVICE!! We went to Montblanc branch at Ngee Ann City last month. One of the China sales lady was very unprofessional. She can not even able to tell the material of the pen and keep make up the stories to bluff us. After we have decided to purchase the ink pen we want, she still keep asking us to buy another model of the pen with a unpleasant attitude. I suggest her to study more about their products, to be more professional and be more polite to the customers.

Good customer service. I was offered to try the Peggy Guggenheim Limited Edition pen. Had my 145 serviced there a couple of times, and engraved once. Always prompt to update

Prompt update from staff when the item that I ordered arrived at the outlet. Dont feel the warmth and enthusiasm of service. Maybe because it was too busy that day? 3 sales were behind the counter to wait for their turn to print receipts.

We went to the Montblanc shop at Takashimaya to buy a pen as a gift for our son's graduation. Kevin was very friendly and patient and he explained the different types of Montblanc pen to us. Thank you Kevin for your excellent service and we are very happy with our purchase.

So Rude! Horrible service by a male staff. Weeks before served by another lady staff, not good service as well. Definitely not coming to this store ever ?????

Left watch for #Takashimaya Branch to diagnose if it requires battery change or more. No one got back after one whole month. So, we called to check. They called back, reccomending/only to tell us to take up their costly full service without accessing and any physical exam. We had to tell them, we will decide, and we would like to decide after their professional exam it. Same person called, few minutes later, still trying to hard sell their full service even though we wanted a battery change and check at first. Still, watch was not sent in for check, and exam. Next day, they called again, said it was checked and better to have full service besides just baterry change. We asked for reason and they didnt have one sound reason. Whole thing was not professional and unlike this unique brand's usual handling. By this time, we didnt felt safe to have our watch with them and cant wait to collect back.

Another super impressive customer service by a lady staff Jermaine.. She went extra mile to get the pen customised in 1hr since we are travelling next week. Very polite and prompt service ...definitely looking forward to visit the store again !!

I purchased a Smart Watch Summit 2. I have been very happy with the design but the battery has never lasted more than 18 hours. Now the battery is dead and MontBlanc has informed that in Singapore they do sell Smart Watches and they do not have any after sale services and they do not have any recommendation for the repair. They only suggested a trade in for the new Summit 3 which is 75% more expensive than the 2 and they confirmed that there is still no service.... Very bad experience and disappointed to feel that customers are only here to buy and not at all to be supported and helped!
