I would like to recommend FengShui World for their genuine and good services with special mention to their service consultant, Ms Margaret, located at Heartland Mall now, as well as Master Chua Qi Yong for his Feng Shui expertise and honesty. He did not force us to buy items from them unnecessarily by offering advices on how to neutralise using other methods instead of purchasing items. I first visited the FengShui World few years ago at their Suntec branch. I run a business together with my husband. At that time, because our business was not running smoothly and mired with several lawsuits, we decided to walk into the Suntec Branch for a Home Fengshui Consultation to change our luck. It was there that I first met Ms Margaret whom is now relocated to Heartland Mall. We became close friend and she often offer me advices over the phone / WhatsApp whenever I need advices. Master Chua Qi Yong came to visit my house for the 1st consultation and we informed him that I was doing business and working from home as business was not doing well and we could not afford to rent an office yet. Master Chua then arranged for a second consultation at their branch and provided a very thorough report on what is essential item to purchase in my house to achieve a balance and what are the things we should avoid doing and placing at each part of the house. The report also consist of analysis of each individual residing in our house's Bazi. I was very impressed as the report is very detailed when we only paid for home consultation. Master Chua is very honest about what is necessary to buy and what is not necessary to purchase and did not insist we purchase many items from them to be placed in our house. After a few months later, our business indeed became better and we were able to afford to rent an office on our own. We then consulted Master Chua again to visit our office for an office consultation and we also purchase items. After the office renovation is completed, he came down to help us to place the items we purchased from Fengshui World and should there be any further advice we needed from him, he is always there to assist. This is the second office consultation we have with Master and he will advise us to use previously purchased items instead of buying new items to place around different parts of the office as each year, the analysis of the place would differ. Overall, a very sincere, knowledgeable and honest company with very good and passionate service consultant like Margaret! Thank you!
