Very horrible way of conducting business! I informed the lady outside that I was going to claim treatment from my insurer and asked if they provided receipts. She assured me that they do so I proceeded for the treatment. After the treatment the cashier told me that it cost $10 for a receipt. Her reason being the treatment will be keyed into their POS system. I don't understand why $10 is required and/or why not all their transactions are keyed into their system. Sketchy! Will not be visiting this sketchy place again!

I walked in many times for tuina/guasha treatments and foot reflexology. They were all good experience for me so far! Especially good for full body tuina. From the other reviews, it's true that the masseuse openly discuss their preference over foot massage. So I assumed the freelancers are the ones usually doing the foot massage and they does a great job.

Agreed on $40 for full body massage, became $60 for using medical oil, and did not sanitise bed after massage for next customer.

Very bad. The bed smells. And the lady and uncle masseurs were extremely talkative, non-stop talking to us and each other. Wear gloves for foot massage which is very uncomfortable. The massage isn't on point at all. The whole place is like a market place. This isn't my first time visit, but today's experience will mark my last. Ridiculous. I don't know what I have paid money for ($96). Oh, and adding on to the unprofessionalism, she was complaining to us "hk people very rude and loud", hello are you very demure and please I'm from hk. To Ferragold if you want to find out who are the masseurs you may contact me.

Had went down today for a 1 hr body massage stated clearly as $40 an hour. After the massage, when I paid $50 expecting a $10 change, they said what I did was a tuina massage and it was $50 instead. At the point I was wondering then what the $40 massage should provide then, soft massage? As I did not wish to engage in any argument with them over $10, I just walked off. First and last time here.

One of my worst experiences at Peopleโ€™s Park for foot massage. I am usually super easygoing but this is the first time I actually botherer to write a bad review. Had always wanted to try as I always had to walk past them to the shop i regularly go to. Decided to give it a shot with my gf as my regular shop is full. While the reception was friendly, we were told to wait inside. My first impression was that it was really noisy. After about 10 minutes, the first masseuse came, then the receptionist told me that I would have to wait for 20 minutes. I agreed as the first masseuse is already here and it wouldnโ€™t be nice to cancel it. My gf said the foot massage was not good, but it got slightly better (still below average). After 30 minutes, my masseuse came, took a few more minutes to prepare. I am usually not picky about the masseuse, but this is categorically one of the worst foot massages I ever had. Out of the 1 hour, i could count the amount of time that was spent on the bottom of my foot was 5 minutes. The rest of the time was just randomly applying creme to my calves, with no regular patterns whatsoever, and slapping my legs every now and then. It was like an hour of prata making. The only times where pressure was applied were the measly few minutes spent on my foot with a wooden stick. I usually give extra tips to my masseuse even if they provide a mediocre job, but this was so bad it was borderline amusing. The cherry on top was when I saw the masseuse ordering mcdonalds on her phone while using one hand to touch my legs. (Yes i said touch, it didnโ€™t feel like a massage). The experience was topped off by the masseuses at the other side chatting and talking loudly (even shouting at some points) like it was at a market. For the $50 I spent (for two people x 1 hr foot) I couldnโ€™t even take it like I am just paying to relax even with the bad massage.

Wanted to try out ear cleaning since it seems so relaxing and my ears are a bit itchy recently. Gave it a try and it was pretty good. No pain or discomfort throughout and the head and neck massage at the end definitely makes it a good overall experience. The person serving me also helped me apply some medication when she noticed some reddish areas in my ear. Total cost was just S$30 as quoted and no hard-selling of any kind. Good experience.

*NOT RECOMMENDED TO GO* My mum went to get this "hand, shoulder, and foot" massage. She was recommended by her friend. Initially, the staff said that the total cost is $25 for 1-hour for that "hand, shoulder, and foot" massage. Then, my mum asked the masseur to focus more on massaging her hands and the female masseur said that if want to massage hand for 30 minutes, the total cost is $38 for 1-hour. Once the massage is done, she brought my mum to a room and asked if my mum would like to use the oil or not. Then, my mum thought that it's included, but NO! It's an additional of $10! From the original price of $25 stated by the staff, ended up paying $48 in total.
