Booked an appointment with them for Gua Sha Facial Massage + Detox Facial Treatment! Super shiok during the process, my beautician Karen is also very nice and gentle when it comes to removing my blackheads ✨ will definitely recommend! Feels very comfortable and welcomed when I am inside the shop, services are really goood!!! Laobanniang very chio also !! Please go and try, you can bring you boyfriend along too cause they have facial treatment for HIM too!!

Did the facial guasha. Really nice experience, they start off with cleansing face. They even let you inhale some kind of refreshing oil/scent then start with your neck and shoulder. The guasha was relaxing, and they ended off with a mask. There’s not many facial guasha places around and they do show you before and after, you’ll feel your face becoming tighter and lifted after just one session. Will be going more often.

Very relaxing and enjoyable facial. I like it as they do not hard sell . They will let you relax through out your session which I like it. Unlike other salon I went to, they will keep talking to you and keep asking you to sign up for package. Will definitely go again ☺️

The place is beautifully renovated but that's about it. The therapists need to be more skilful to call this place an actual beauty salon. They could not even blow dry my hair properly and my hair was looking like an absolute mess. Definitely not what you would expect from a beauty salon. They should not offer hair spa services if their therapist skills are not up to standard.

I was attended by a more experienced therapist so she did provide me with pretty good facial and massage services. Personally I dont think their products are very fantastic like what you would expect in a facial only salon or a hair salon. The hair treatment for the spa didnt leave my hair feeling extra soft and nice, or maybe i was expecting too much. My friend who went with me had a more junior staff and it was certainly not as pleasant for her. I think the concept of an all in one salon is cute - commonly seen in Korean salons but Koreans were able to carry this out successfully because they ensure all of their staff are well versed in all kinds of beauty services if they have one beauty consultant tagged to a customer like what fickle did. Otherwise please split the resources and make sure you have highly skilled consultant that specialises in each aspect of beauty services you are offering.

My friend treated me to a qua sha facial and hair & head massage for my birthday so i really wanted to like this place. Loved the ambience and decor but that’s about it. The staff who did my facial was obviously not experienced enough. It felt like an at home facial treatment. The staff who did my hair and head & shoulder massage was also a novice. It felt like she did it half heartedly? No pressure, technique whatsoever. The hair scrub was bad which i realised afterwards that it was probably because she wanted to save her newly manicured nails. The staff were all nice or courteous though so i didnt make a fuss about it. Well, at least i enjoyed my company!

Did the R& R treatment at fickle+. The lifting result is obvious after one session. I’m very surprised! Great service! The R&R treatment consists of detox, guasha, and V line treatment. The extraction really clear up alot of my clog pores. I love the guasha treatment because it really reduce puffiness. ❤️❤️❤️
