After 3 months of waiting for a pre ordered item, received something else instead of what i paid for. Messaged them and they said will send out the correct item, its been a week and still nothing. Not even a reply now.

Really bad customer service. Orders takes a long time to fulfilled. Staff do not provide updates even though I have reached out kindly. They will ignore your messages/calls.

This got to be the worst customer service I’ve ever experience so far. Ordered an item on Lazada and was told that orders from Lazada is handled by a third party. Okay I give it you you that it may be the third party fault that my order got cancelled. Proceed to ask if I could purchase directly from them via their WhatsApp and was told that yes it is possible.The owner will check the store for stock of the item when he gets to the shop and I would purchase from the online website if there is (item was still available on their website). No replies for the day. The owner did not get back to me until I prompt further and got a reply the next day that they will do so “in a bit”. That was the last reply I got from them even after prompting them further for updates even calling them (The line was not available). I proceed to dm them on Instagram to prompt once more. Saw their IG story update and they ignored my DM. I proceed to their website to see that my item i wanted is no longer on their website. I mean is it that difficult to just WhatsApp me back and let me know that the item I wanted was out of stock/not available? Quite a frustrating experience overall. Patronize at your own risk.

Generally poor customer service. Service staff is really difficult to contact. Preorders aren't what you expect them to be. You may wait up to a month or more for your preorders only to find out they've been cancelled at the last minute. If it happens once, understandable but this happened a few times so buy at your own risk.

Please do not order online. I ordered 2 pouches. One arrived, but in a different colour I ordered. The other did not arrive. Pouch that did not arrive - I had to ask why was it not delivered, and they mentioned it was out of stock. Gave me the option to choose other colours, but when I asked what colour, no reply. So i requested for refund in the end. Pouch that did arrive - came in a wrong colour. They said the warehouse packed it wrong.

The Bag Creature staff was friendly & helpful. Even Matthew was nice! love the aesthetics of the shop. Will definitely come back to do more shopping! Highly recommended guys!!!

Ordered a bag during sale on 27th Nov only to find out on 30th Nov it’s not in stock (this is the second time this shop sold a bag they don’t have stock). Was promised that the bag should arrive by end of the year. After being ignored for a few days was informed that it will arrive first week of January and I received a 10% rebate for the delay (that’s where the 1 star came from) When it finally arrived there was a scratch on the buckle. I asked about the replacement policy on the 5-6th of January. Still waiting for advice and an apology at the time of writing this review.

If you ever need to find a tactical, daily or travel bags ranging from backpack, sling, pouch in Singapore; whatever it is, you name it. Highest chance you'll find them here. It's situated at a strategic location for walking around surrounded by cool cafes and boutique shops, yet quiet and calm vibe given it isn't at the main street/road. Not to forget they have cute doggos welcoming you at the door!
