The heavy mirror fell off from living room suddenly. Luckily did not hurt anyone. Contacted the team, asking every few days, waited a whole month until the person say warranty expired and did not propose anything else. I never ever mentioned I wanted to have it fixed for free, I only contacted them because I wanted similar style fix. Wrong decision and a month wasted with a broken mirror dangling top of my sofa. Ridiculous

Got recommended by Qanvast to U-Home. The ID that talked to us was very unprofessional. First, he asked me to send him our floor plan. Given that he was the first ID we met, I just sent him a screenshot of the floor plan through WhatsApp. Then he told me next time send him PDF in a curt manner. Other IDs we have met got the floor plan printed even before meeting us. Not sure what was his problem. During discussion, when we showed him some pictures of what we want our dream home to looked like, he immediately turn us down and said certain parts are not doable. We were taken aback and honestly quite disappointed. However, other IDs we’ve talked to gave us alternatives to achieve the look we want. After the meeting, he said he will come back with the quotation. He didn’t even say thank you or goodbye to us, and just left the meeting table to his desk. We were left thinking whether the meeting has ended or whether we have to wait for him to generate the quote. Needless to say the quotation didn’t arrive and we didn’t bother to ask as well. The whole meeting only lasted for 30minutes. Sorry that we are peasants that can only afford a BTO and can’t interest you enough to take our business ? horrible and unprofessional

I am very pleased with U-Home interior design Pte Ltd for their work for my house renovation, I have to mentioned my designer Mr. Chong Yap he is very helpful and friendly, when you need help he will be there. I like their workmanship, accuracy and everything is on time, I need to move back my house before X'mas he did it. Price are reasonable and will design based on your budget and make very comfortable. I am very happy with my house.

Met up with an ID there, and had a discussion about our reno plans. He seemed quite friendly and suggested a couple of things. Its fine if he's not interested to serve us if we cannot fulfill his quote but we feel that its unprofessional to lead us on, telling us about the next follow-up meeting, and when we messaged him more than once, he totally ghosted us. Waste our time coming down from far. Went to another ID and the ID was straightforward that he couldn't meet our budget and kindly informed us about it which we appreciate.

We are glad that we have chosen U-Home for our house reno. It is not because it is one of the big giants in the house reno circle but our ID, Rico, is dedicated, experienced and honest from the start of our meeting. He is very easy to talk to. This is our first house reno experience. We appreciated that Rico listened to our needs/wants and gave us valuable advice on materials, design etc. He ensured that HDB house renovation regulation was not violated. Rico respected our budget and ensured that materials chosen were within the said budget without comprising the quality. No hidden cost. We were told from the start the additional costs that we had to bear ourselves that were not in the quotation like electrician, air-con and household fittings. His contacts like electrician and air-con are very experienced and skilled. Rico was very careful about carpentry measurements too to ensure that things like dishwasher fits into the kitchen cabinet nicely. There were some hiccups but he did not ignore them and rectified them immediately. We are glad that our home renovation is completed now. - Sabrina and Hairil

We have engaged UHome for our previous home renovation many year back. The quality of work and finishing workmanship from UHome works are unparalleled to any other home interior designing company that I have come across. The well though after consideration for things that we do not pay attention to is only realized after we have personally experience it upon completion of renovation works. For example, in my first engagement with UHome for renovation work of my previous residential unit, we have done an overhaul of the entire toilet. The fine detail like the gradient of the shower area to make sure all residue water is drained properly to the drainage hole is done so perfectly that the shower area stay literally dry all the time within 30min after shower. We have recently moved to a new place and engaged UHome to design and renovate the unit, with a very tight schedule and quite a bit of renovation works as according to our desired outcome. Amazingly UHome has once again proven to us that they kept their promises, and delivered our new unit within the agreed timeline. I would want to call out especially Toyce , the UHome ID designer in-charge of the overall design and execution of the renovation work. Toyce has been very detail in the entire planning, start work, progress monitoring and following up works right until the day of final delivery. Her diligent and professionalism shown for the entire engagement is truly commendable. I have already recommended UHome to every one that I know who will be starting or looking for a home ID company. UHome does not charge extravagantly while able to deliver quality works, using quality product and materials.

U-home has helped me with my house renovation works and did a really great job. Fanny, the ID, is friendly, honest and helpful. She helped me with all the designing and making sure the renovation is well taken care of. Will definitely refer her to my friends.

After shortlisting a few ID/Contractors, eventually selected U Home, no regrets and it was wonderful experience. Fanny rendered an excellent service from start till completion of work, she is meticulous, honest, patient and highly responsive. Given that the renovation was for resale apartment, there were many considerations compared to a new flat but she is able to give professional advice and helped to me to resolve issued encountered, one such incident was the new toilet bowl purchased unable to fit onto the walls but she and her team had the "do not give up attitude" which in turn did some adjustments to fix the issue. Appreciate the effort greatly. Thank you for going to the extra mile!
