โ โ โ โ โ A great way to vent all your stress away in 30 mins. Trainers are friendly, and they will correct you if you are doing it wrongly. Teach or explain to you so you won't injure yourself etc.. A really great place to work out ??????

โ โ โ โ โ I lost 1 kg after joined 2 weeks at fightzone (AMK) and 3 sections training with personal trainer. My trainer Fahmy is great and friendly. He always push me harder during the workouts. He also cares my diet plan. Gym facilities are great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quick high intensity workout.

โ โ โ โ โ I may have only been a member for less than a month, but the staff and trainers here have been extremely helpful in myriad ways, be it outside (e.g. membership offers, diet advices, other casual chit-chats) or inside (e.g. demonstrating exercise moves of the day, wiping the floor when needed) the circuit.
The sheer friendliness of the staff and excellent maintenance of the equipment are also the reasons why I come here to exercise on a near-daily basis.
Special thanks to Shaun for training my techniques, and the discipline needed to go along with them during my time within the 3-session FightFit package. I will be sure to come for more personal training sessions when chances arise! เธเธญเธเธเธธเธเธเธฐเธเธฃเธฑเธ!

โ โ โ โ โ My trainer is Shaun. He is very good in his techniques, he paced his class very well and extremely motivating. For a beginner like me , the class is progressive and easy to take on. He follow up weekly and he is mostly available for classes which makes booking appointment easy.

โ โ โ โ โ Came for a trial here some time back and the kickboxing itself seemed fun. The trainer was very helpful and was there to walk through each station. However, the experience with the sales person was off putting. He was hard selling for almost 40mins and resorted to fat shaming. Terrible experience.
