โ โ โ โ โ Friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy at all. Have used their dispenser for the last 5 years and still going strong. Very proactive to schedule annual maintenance.
And when I asked if I should change, owner actually told me no need, unless I just want a change of aesthetics! Because my old unit was still going strong!

All my query was explained by Renee clearly and the response was fast from her. At last, I am pleased with the workmanship thus far. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ I bought a water filter from Renee and we loved it. First, the price is lower compared to other brands that you can find in Singapore. Secondly, service rendered by Renee and her installation team are fantastic. They were very helpful and patient towards my never-ending questions ?. Lastly, the unit that we bought really brought us so much convenience!!
In the past, I need to boil water and put to cool overnight so we will have drinking water the next day. In the morning, I will need to boil water to ensure there's hot water to make milk for my baby. The water filter comes with 5 temperature setting, accommodate to all my family members preferred temperature. With this water filter + dispenser, it has saved me so much time.
