★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible after sales service. Ordered two filters on 27/11/18. Called the Sales staff to check status on the 29/11/18. The sales guy who picked up the phone was unfriendly and unhelpful. Then I spoke to another lady who was supposed to manage order tracking promised that the orders will arrive on 29/11/18. It was an empty promise. Called them back on 30/11/18 to check again. The lady promised no matter what will deliver on 30/11/18. In my opinion, very lousy after sales support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased the KYK Gen 2 Ionizer recently. Has been using other alkaline water system for a very long time from other brands. After using the KYK ionizer I realised the water is so much better than inline filter alkaline water system, the water is so smooth that you cannot compare to other alkaline water.
Overall very satisfied with the purchase, sales team handled well, installation team did a very good an neat job, very knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful team of technicians.

I am very pleased with the after service sales service that they both provided . I have been a customer with H20 life source since 2009. I am very happy using the water filter that H20 Life source has provided so far . I feel safe and healthy drinking the clean water .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the H2O Renaissance – Cold and Hot Water Dispenser with UV for 5 years. Many would be concerned about the CAPEX and OPEX when choosing a home water dispenser. I would say this is byfar the most affordable one in the market in terms of CAPEX and OPEX. Another consideration factor which is crucial is the after sales support. When you face issues with the dispenser, they are there for you, respond is prompt. I stayed on as a loyal customer simply because of their impeccable service. I doubt there is another brand of dispenser that can offer a feature of attaining hot water at 100degC and cold water at 3degC. Hope there will be an upgraded version and offer customers with trade-in scheme.
