Purchased a monitor on Shopee, the monitor came with horrible light leaking on 3 edges, on the day receiving the monitor I've approached the seller and asked for a replacement, they lied to me telling me I have to bring to BenQ for servicing and they cannot replace. But after I check with BenQ official, they told me the seller have to replace the item since it's only within days of receiving the product. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

Their service is good. Straight forward and polite.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a laptop from them through Lazada in 7.7. Product never arrived past the delivery date and all IMs to seller were ignored, not read except one message which said to revert asap but after that no replies depsite numerous IMs from buyer. Lazada wasn't much help and I'm disappointed with Lazada as much as with this seller, that Lazada house such a seller. Lazada cancelled the order and I'm worse off, no product and unhappy. I think I'll stick to Shoppee

โ โ โ โ โ Bought an item online but got no replies from the seller after repeated contacts. Went up to the store and details in Google Maps is not updated. When I finally stumbled upon the store it looks abandoned like the image that I just posted. Luckily I managed to secure a refund from Qoo10.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered a TCL 65 inch TV for $1299 via Lazada during the 11.11 sale.
I must say Iโm very happy with the staff that came. He helped to fix the old tv mount even though itโs not part of the service. Iโm quite shocked at the Low reviews I Guess the company has indeed improved their service greatly.
As with all businesses there are pros and cons however Iโm glad the staff that came was professional and kind as well.
Warranty is to be registered on my own. Well understood on that aspect.
With all the negative reviews itโs quite unbelievable as I was served very well and next day delivery was done up. The free gift also was inclusive.
I do suggest if youโre wary to buy via Lazada or Qoo10, this way the shop is held accountable and truly happy with my purchase overall!
