โ โ โ โ โ Brought a 4 year iptv plan, but it stopped working after 2 years. Went down and made a fuss, but boss and staff don't even bother. Only gave me 3 mths of a new subscription. Their minix box is not able to update at all. No wonder staff told me the company not doing well. Careful of what u buy from them

โ โ โ โ โ 1. The Minix brand and products are reliable. I have purchased two android TV boxes and have been using for some time.
2. The company provides good customer service support. Even after warranty, they will support and help upgrade your TV box apps.
3. The pricing can be above the competitors' products but the Amconics company is a here to stay company.

โ โ โ โ โ I have bought the player & IPTV package at a very good deal. The prices offered are highly reasonable & competitive against other brands. The player is stable & the package offered is comprehensive & covers a wide range of channels. Notably the IPTV program is stable & there are constant updates to improve its stability.
I think what struck me the most was the excellent customer service. Paul & his team are extremely friendly, accommodating, generous & responsive. Whenever there are issues or queries, they have always promptly addressed them. Even though I bought the package 4 years ago, they are still very attentive & supportive to my needs and concerns. For this I am very grateful.
In summary, I strongly recommend MyOnlineMediaPlayer Amconics for their great product & 5-star customer service!
