My father was suffering from a severe leg pain due to fall and the ambulance crew handling my father were so highly skilled and manage to transfer my dad safely to Hospital A&E.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never used this ambulance services before and I hope not to. Saw one of their ambulances this morning, riding at high speed weaving in and out. Not to mention of tailgating others. And these without with their emergency blinkers on. I hope there was no emergencies to attend to. Even though if there is a need to speed, the driver needs to drive safely for the safety of others. Management of this ambulance services needs to remind their drivers on safety matters.

Bad management & bad sytem of salary accounting.
Late salary payment,
Wrong salary calculations & late OT/incentives payout.
Toxic working environment
No staff welfare
Hope the top shareholders will look into this.

From the very first phone call for their urgent assistance, they were well-prepared and patiently waited for a call from me to confirm. This shows that they are well-trained and flexible enough even for non-emergency trips that have an ever-changing dynamic. The medic/staff are friendly, informative and take a step forward in giving me valuable advise. All goes on well and smoothly when it comes to them. Special thanks to Philip and all the medics for assisting in what was a very hectic time for my family. First ambulance will definitely be the first to land in my mind for ambulance services. I personally Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What kind of First Ambulance staffs that works there taking pictures in their first ambulance attire ?? It is really ruining the first ambulance company name really ?? Is this what the first ambulance teaching the staff to post picture in their first ambulance attire in public social medias ? i believe this all girls shouldnt be in first ambulance as they kept posting their pictures in social media in their first ambulance attire staff like farah diyana , nurul afiefah & her lil sister kept posting in their first ambulance attires everytime and they are not even focus in their jobs .
