Had a unplesant experience with their delivery. They wanted to deliver between 7 to 9am which wasnt too convenient by me so I asked for a change and they told me they will deliver between 5 to 7am!!! Your drinks are for people on the go so what do you think people are doing at that hour??!! They are either sleeping to getting ready for work. Not everyone has the luxury to stay home and wait for soy milk delivery. When we couldnt meet on a mutually convenient delivery slot, I asked to cancel and get a refund. They told me they are unable to refund the full amount because I paid by credit card and they had admin fee charges. By then it was really frustrating and I felt totally scammed because besides not being able to honour the deal, they are not going do a full refund. I am giving a 2-star here because they eventually delivered my order but this will be my first and last time to have to go through this agony. Their products are bascially soy milk blended with chia seed, quinoa or black sesame and is easily achievable in the home kitchen economically so really, why make it so difficult for your customers.

I couldn’t even open the bottle and try the drink. My hand’s all red now. Super waste of money.

I purchased this on 1st May (Labour Day) at The Grandstand's Hao Hypermart. Kept it in the fridge cos didn't have a chance to drink it before thinking it expires on 19 May since I bought it in May. Tried it today and it tasted off. Thought it's just the nan xing bei xing but decided to look at the expiry again and realised it's 19 April. Am disappointed that expired goods are sold. My mistake for overlooking the date, I hope others don't get stomachache from drinking expired goods sold by First Brew.
