Same operations as that at Bugis+ but a lot more interesting sited under the MRT tracks and with lots of open space. Full range of prawning options and drinks/food service. Seems to be a popular spot with lots of regulars turning up to prawn and eat.

Great use of space which is under a bridge so didn't take away much from anything else. So far the prawns are still big and so are the yabbies so guessing that it must still be new. Clean location and the staff go around cleaning up every once in a while. A little pricey but considering the location it's great. Also not alot of bugs which is wonderful. I have been to other prawning places and it's like feeding mosquitoes. Toilets are within the grassroots building too which is great. I will be back whilst I am still in Singapore! Could do with more BBQ pits would be my only feedback at this point.

First time prawning and staff couldnt be bothered to help. Was seated beside a regular who was using his own bait (despite the signage indicated not allowed) and using line to catch the prawns. Staff did not intervene. All the prawns went to him instead of us who were using house bait. Poorly managed. Will not recommend.

Prawns are only refilled every 2-3 hours and only a small handful to speak. People were grabbing prawns by line and net yet staff closed both eyes. Suggest going to other prawning outlets for a better experience.

Finally found a place that allows bbq during COVID. Started before dinner time (around 5pm) so bite rate was decent but once the crowd started pouring in at about 6+, it slowed down significantly. One staff was very friendly, but the rest just seem so sick of their job. They will just leave you alone even if you’re obviously looking for instructions and tools to prep and bbq, until you talk to them directly, then they will respond in a you-owe-them fashion. The worst part was when we were eating at the dining area, one staff was washing the guppy fishing area (just right beside) and the hose was super strong so there was mist everywhere. You’d think he’ll be considerate and hygienic and stop but nope. No regard for customer health or service. Try to avoid peak periods and if they’re doing something that’ll get in your way, either tell them to stop or just wait it out.

Been coming here with my kids quite a bit. Like it that the staff are friendly and helpful. Bite rate is decent and there are good days and terrible days. Guess it's down to luck that day. Like it that there are a mix of prawns at the different ponds. Can see quite a bit of youths and families present. While prawns are released every hour it would be good if more prawns are released to boost catch rate.

Chill Out spot in Yio Chu Kang Just outside the community club. Prawing spot can be noisy with the train traveling up and down.. Place is nice to sit down with friends in the open .... Just that there is no food... They only have finger food.. fried like long-ago left there. Want order food.. must get from the cafe inside. But they close at 10pm.. So if u want to go late night.. Have to order panda or grab.

This prawning spot is right under the MRT tracks so it was rather noisy constantly. The prawns were relatively small compared to other prawning locations in Singapore. Even though I went during a weekday and there were barely anyone there, I caught very few prawns (12 prawns in 3 hours). Overall not a very enjoyable experience. I will recommend to visit other prawning places that offer better quality and service at the same price.
