Fitness First - Fusionopolis - 1 Fusionopolis Way #23-11 & #24-00 Connexis North Tower

One of the better Fitness First gym as it has a decline bench press, 2 squat racks, 2 deadlift platform, a swimming pool and the carpark rate is only $1 after 6pm! ? The view is also great as the gym is located on the 23rd floor ??Only down side is that the pool is not a heated pool ?

I had membership (Platinum) of Fitness First in Bangkok. It is way better than in Singapore - cleaner, more equipments, better price policym

On paper this 30,000 sqft outlet seems massively wondrous. But one would certainly be a little bit disappointed ? the gym is divided into 3 storey, first floor has nothing much except for classroom and rest area. Second floor is the main gym area, but the free weights section here is painfully small which led to congestion around peak hours. However the sheer amount of dumbbells available is commendable. The VIEW is Amazing here, you have unobstructed view of the surrounding areas across the whole gym. While good to have those views if you are on treadmills, it's not the case for free weights and Smith machine etc, as it meant a lack of mirrors all around. The pool is on top, probably one of the largest pool I has seen in FF. But the wonder ends there as the view of the surroundings are blocked and the decor around the pool is sorely lacking.

Love the gym as the pool is usually clean and not too crowded. The gym itself is also very spacious and good for safe distancing.

These photos are taken from my most recent visit. It is One of the largest fitness first in Singapore with swimming pool on roof top and have rooms for three classes: cycling, yoga and dance. Good gym space for exercise, but please book in advance as it is very hard to book nowadays..

One of my favourite fitness first clubs. There's plenty of space here to work out and doesn't feel too cramped. The rooftop pool provides a nice quiet space for doing laps or just sun tanning on the many deck chairs available.

My favourite Fitness First gym as it has a nice office crowd while also having quieter periods during the noon time. Spacious showers, workout facilities are very adequate, great pilates/yoga studio too (yoga mats have no stench)! However, would prefer if there was a sauna instead of a steam room.

It's a gym. A pretty well equipped one. However most patrons from surrounding offices just don't know how to rack the weights in the right order?. Great staff though!
