★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FitNut was been so instrumental to my recovery from a slipped disc three years ago, to the point where I'm now stronger than I've ever been. I love the mix of tough workouts and Pilates -- it's never boring and keeps me motivated to keep going. It was also a godsend during lockdown with live workouts with the trainers and other participants that I knew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find gyms generally intimidating but FitNut Loft is different. They have a strong support system and the general atmosphere is always positive and encouraging. Everyone is focussed on working hard but having fun is equally important. A great gem!

Their Strong and Lean classes are comprehensive and cover the best of strength and cardio training to give you a whole body workout that will keep you coming back for more! Most importantly, the lovely client crowd make it a happy FitNut family! :)

I am particularly impressed by Fitnut Loft's professionalism in conducting their classes in a fun and engaging manner! They not only patiently explained the importance of having flexible joints for better health and performance, but also allowed me to learn how to train my 'core muscles' through 'flying like a superman'!
Well recommended for everyone to check them out! It was a wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to FitNut Loft last week to try the Pilates workout. FitNut Loft is a great place to work out with a variety of classes. From Pilates, stretch, TRX, HIIT to cardio.
I LOVE the combination of Pilates, cardio and strength circuit training. Highly recommend it!!
