★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are too busy on there phones to notice when an order comes in. I order in advance and when I got there 10mins later they didn't even know the order came in, they then proceeded to make 3 other orders of people lining up before making mine. Nice concept for order in advance, but doesn't seem to have any follow through.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was uncoordinated; One person standing outside was recommending me to pay via Atome cos of some promotion they were having but the cashier said otherwise. i also heard one of the malay staff wearing a hat said "small payment also want to use atome" to the cashier. The remark might be condescending or just casual but i could have easily thought that he was referring to me whom wanted to make payment via atome. Hope my feedback helps with the betterment of the customer service. Thank you.

Drinks were so good, Nutella Shake (Oat milk substitute) & Nutella Shake (Skinny milk). Not overly sweet, Nutella flavour really stands out, beautiful ?
Friendly barista Iman, job well done. Was welcoming and very patient with other customers queries too. Highly recommend this place ? woop woop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order at 1.10 for collection at 1.25pm, on reaching there and waiting additional 5mins, realised they hadn't even registered my order.
Had to wait an additional 20mins for my order of a latte. Not worth the wait and using the app is a waste of time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service! Ordered a cup of hot flat white. Served it with the lid not closed properly and the barista conveniently ignored me although he was right in front of me while I was fixing it myself. Coffee stained as a result. Coffee sleeve not provided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered via app earlier today and make sure I reach there on time, but it was not prepared yet. Seems like walk in will be prioritize. Both coffee supposed to be Large size but the Large cups were filled much less than expected (see my photos, both were taken before starting to drink any). Price is reasonable for Orchard, taste is good.
