Detoxdren Scalp Treatment Bought a first try voucher from a promoter in Watson, with a very attractive price. Treatment was 1.5 hours. with professional consultation before and after (with micro photo taken too). the result very obvious. Panela was very gentle, caring, and explaine patiently the step by step. I would love to do this treatment again.

I have been visiting ToppCare for more than a year now and I have always find the staff to be professional and friendly. Thus, I have always renewed my packages with them. However, I have to admit I was a little disappointed by my last visit. The thing is I have already signed for another 10 times Absolutte Hair Masque package for $1500+. I have not even started on this new course nor have I even finished paying for it yet. And still, I was being offered another upscaled 10 times $10K+ package. The specialist promised that with this package I would see a 95% improvement to my hair condition. I kept insisting I needed more time to consider and sort out my finances first. All in all, I felt it was all very pushy and it gave me very little time to think. She started to pull out all sorts of sales tactics and kept asking me which card I wanted to use. In the end, I signed for the package at a reduced price for 5 times. So, imagine the chunk of debt I am left to deal with for the next 12 months. I suppose it was also partly my own fault since I was not persistent enough. Nonetheless, I do hope that ToppCare could learn to be more respectful and considerate towards their customers.

I have been their customer for past 2 years as I signed their package. Initially, their services were good as they take time to analyze your hair situation and offered good solutions to sensitive flaky scalp. Some sessions in between were a hit and miss, depends on how busy they are on that day. Sometimes during the session, they will promote their new products and try to charge extra. But now, they are kind of pushy with signing up more sessions even though I am going to relocate soon. Either I have to finish 3 sessions in 2 months time or I have to wait till 2 years later to come back and use it. It just eradicate the sincerity they had at the beginning.

I've chosen Topp Care over a normal hair salon for scalp treatment as they're professional in this line. Well taken care by Yen Ni, Faith and the manager Helen everytime I come. Feel my hair is healthier after a few treatments. Happy with the service and renewed my package!

Redeemed Trial Session Today and was met with Excellent and professional service from Helen and Yen. Helen provided clear and detailed explanation of the treatment and analysis of my hair and scalp after scanning. Yen proceeded with my treatment and was very professional and gentle with me throughout. She made the session very relaxing and her massage was amazing! Although I didn't take up any packages offered, I highly recommend their service if you do have scalp and hair loss issues/ want healthier hair. There was no hard selling and I received a free comb with complimentary shampoo to try.

Despite my first visit being a trial session, the service was still great throughout the session. There was no hard-selling nor pushy sales tactics, but I did purchase a package as I could feel and see the difference. On my second visit the service was excellent, which goes to show they do not treat customers differently based on whether they have already signed a package. Helen and Faith were really nice and attentive, and I really enjoyed the head massage done by Faith!
