The shop is able to do the bouquet within 1 hour. But the flower arrangement is bad.

Totally clueless about buying flowers. Lady at the shop was patient and helpful! Lifesaver!

Went there to get a bouquet of flowers. When I entered, there was no greeting/acknowledgement by any of 3 ladies there. No smile by any of them. No offering of help. Finally I got to talk to one lady, with whom the experience was not quite pleasant. She was like “just tell me what you want, pay and go away chop chop” . Wish there was a vending machine where I could help myself. Mind you. The flowers aren’t that cheap.

I arrived 5-10 minutes after their stated opening time with $100 to spend on a bouquet I needed within the hour. The shop was in complete disarray and when I stood in the doorway one of them stared at me, walked past and continued cleaning some vases. I walked in and said “hi, I’d like to buy some flowers please”, since apparently my presence in the shop wasn’t sufficient to indicate that. The same employee asked me to come back later as they were busy. I said it was pretty much now or never. She gestured to a messy pile of flowers and said “well, the flowers are over there so just pick out what you want.” I was hoping for something a little more curated than that so said “looks like this is a bad time for you so I guess I’ll just find another florist”, expecting that this might focus her attention somewhat. She simply said “OK” and went back to what she was doing. Lost my business today and for any future occasion.

When my daughter and I went into the shop to browse their jellycat collection, we were greeted rudely with a loud exclamation by one of the staff, “sanitise your hands before touching!!” We were shocked at such a rude, loud welcome. Eventually, we did buy a stuffed toy and was assisted by a younger lady who was nice and courteous. The older lady who shouted at us at the start continued to ignore customers and remained aloof and distant throughout our stay. What a shame that she keeps such a grumpy deposition at a place selling products that supposedly bring joy.

A quiet flower shop in millennia walk that is useful if you forgot to buy flowers for a colleagues birthday and you work at suntec. Great service and well stocked
