★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there a few times , decided that this shop is worth 5 star because the florist are friendly, they know their stuff well, brought home flowers and even bought their balloon, my girlfriend loves it, definitely coming again :) thank you Secret Garden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a small $30 bouquet with pink and white flowers. They gave me 5 white eustoma buds and 1 pink rose bud, which looked pathetic and the 3 florists present didn't understand why I was so upset. They wrapped it in white string even though it was a gift and adding ribbon was extra $5. It was so bad I ended up going to cold storage and got 10 rose buds with baby's breath bouquet for the same price.

there are multiple colors. And of course they gave you the worst color. Really lost the joy of buying custom bouquets.

. It doesn’t even look pretty in my opinion It was freaking $50 so unworth

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some unique flowers. But didn't get good recommendations from the florists. Frankly find the flowers combi they come up with not very pretty. When I tried to ask for other options, one of the florists ended up asking us to choose ourselves.
Finally came up with a reasonable combi costing $50 but it came tied with a cheap looking string, and the bottom of the wrapper awkwardly hanging out. Not very professional or worth the money if you ask me .

The rest of the servers lack communication with each other and with customers. No initiative nor first point of contact.
They made an attempt in their food but it’s over rated. However server Era made the experience bearable. Communicates well and maintain a sincere interaction with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $20 for a peony that would not bloom for five days, and it is definitely staying that way. All the shopkeeper could say was that I should have cut away the leaves, as if that was the only flowering mechanism! She offered no advice nor apologies. Secret Garden doesn't know flowers at all, and I don't know why they are in this business. On top of that, the people there are absolutely charmless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My go to florist for the last few years. Not cheap but the standard of their wrapping and flowers are excellent. Service is good too. My wife is always very happy with the end result. I have walked in to order before and they take about 20-30 min to wrap on the spot. Otherwise I call in to tell them in advance.
