First time buying flowers so I have no idea what to expect but I ordered at 1.48pm and received it same day shortly after before 4pm. The bouquet looked even prettier than on website! Wasn’t sure what size to expect but it was huge and extravagant ?? and the scent was amazing. Took grad photos the next day and have put them in a vase. The full beauty cannot be shown through pictures cos it’s hard to show without me propping it up but it’s amazing. Super happy with the flowers. Just note that there’s no water sponge below for the stalk so I tried spraying water mist at the bottom to keep it fresh

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had used Ferns N Petals for friends on several occasions and received favorable comments. Indeed my friends are delighted by the fresh flowers and beautiful arrangements. Thumbs up for the excellent quality and real value for money.

Charges you $7 for a birthday card only to have the message printed on a flimsy piece of paper (as pictured) rather than on the birthday card. Also, deliveryman does not pick up return calls so the recipient has to answer the call immediately, even when the delivery window is about 4 hours long - do you really expect the recipient to sit by their phone for 4 hours straight? When the delivery failed, no explanation was provided. I had to contact them through their website portal, provide all the order details separately again (because they would not answer my email reply) and wait for a reply. Though I must say they were quick in replying for an email sent on the weekend.

This company is a scam. Ordered floral stand for our client and paid express charges to be delivered at 2pm, and got email update that order has been delivered before 2pm. Luckily I was at my clients premise for the official opening ceremony, only to discover to my horror, the flowers ordered were not there. Called the customer service and they claimed the flowers were delivered and claimed that the recipient received. Wasted another 1 hour to dispute and they said will arrange for the flowers to be delivered in another 15 minutes. I asked for the reason but was brushed off with lame excuse of reasoning due to unforseen custimstances, and now still hanging in the air as am still waiting for their management to call me back to resolve the issue. My client's opening event is almost ending already. Highly not recommended unless you want to be scammed. I cannot imagine if I was not present to discover the no show delivery. In the picture you will not be able to see the flowers I ordered for my client. Update, the flowers arrived 80 minutes later after our complaint. Not very professional as the greeting message was hidden behind the flowers arrangement, common sense is not common here. Senior customer service still has not called to resolve the issue although promised. Don't ever risk dealing with them

Ordered the berry tart with flower combo and added a 4 inch chocolate cake on top for my mum. She loved it and was delighted at how sweet the flowers were as they were in a box and didn't need a vase. She wouldn't stop raving at how yummy the tart was and how fresh the berries were. Not too sweet which a crunchy crust. Delivery was on time and free which was the cherry on top.

Another florist canceled on me last minute and I had guests coming over. FNP not only delivered the bouquet in an hour but it was exactly as shown on their website. I'm so happy with the purchase. Will definitely order form them again.

Some area for improvement. Ordered flower box with chocolate as indicated in the description. However, received without any chocolates. Though delivery was swift, customer service is supported poorly. You'll need to email for any compliant and not easily updated by staff. Plus, the flowers box was supposed to be a gift. This was first experience. Hope it can be improved. Update, fast service recovery. They able to deliver the missing item??

Very disappointed with the order. Poor quality - the flowers were wilting and the leaves looked like it was eaten halfway by caterpillars. Awful arrangement - many leaves bunched together haphazardly and open stalks wilting on the other end. Missing - chocolates listed in the package was not delivered. So embarrassed to present this to a colleague that we have to find substitute at short notice. The company offered only partial refund on an unusable gift without proper explanation. Similar to other user's bad experience - the customer service keeps giving scripted response repeating the same thing. Happy for those good reviews and got what they wanted. Please be aware there are those of us who got a bad deal and awful experience dealing with after-sales.
