β β β β β the coffee/tea beverage maker auntie serving this morning super nice to customers. friendly and courteous. however TWICE my experience with the cashier is bad. First time when i collect my toast, i doubled-checked if itβs my order of only butter sugar no kaya, she goes βyah lah!β. this morning same thing happened she goes βitβs yours lah!β crazy, not coming back otherwise i really like that other auntie making coffee.

β β β β β Toa Payoh is not synonymous with bad food so I was surprised when i tried the food in this coffeeshop. The toast looked thick and presentable but when I bit into it, the bread went limp and flat. No crunch but like compressed cotton wool with a rubbery surface. The kaya was so thinly spread that I did not have to feel guilty about the calories. But they were still wasted ones since the photos looked much nicer than the taste of the real thing !
