★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended by a friend of mine to try out this pawnshop. The staff was friendly and offered me a good price compared to other locations. Most importantly, there were no extra hidden prices and everything is written clearly on the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the month of July I went to the shop to renew my ticket for my Omega watch for $300/- interest.
A week later , a staff name Ms Tan ,served me. I countered $1300/- which I prawned than she asked for $300/- . I were really puzzled , before giving her the three hundred I paused and asked is just one week ago , cannot be so much. She replied , a week or one month, still you need to $300/- .
I'm not contended over the charges. I than double checked with the other branch in Serangoon North. The charge is only less than $15/-.
Owning to my busy work schedules and courses to attend I did not go to the shop to confront the boss.
I'm very certain , Ms Tan consciousness awared how she handle my transaction.
I demand the excess charge to be reimbursed.
