★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always had pretty good experience in the past but today's visit was rather disappointing.
Came in at 8.34am just at opening time stated, no other patients but no Dr in attendance either. Nurse/recep was busy doing blood draw for 2 other patients that came after me. Finally seen by the locum Dr only at 9.17am ish. Almost an hour of waiting without at least giving me a heads up of what's happening etc.
Locum Dr was quite rude, didn't give me chance to explain my issues and fired of a series of yes/no questions while busy typing away. Practically just answering 'no' throughout the consult. While I understand I came for a simple problem, most patient would appreciate the opportunity to explain their situation themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is well kept and clean. The doctor I saw was very professional and listened well. He also offered helpful insights on my condition. Price range is reasonable too. Downside would be the slight distance you'd have to walk from the bus stop but as a clinic per se, they're very good plus Medication they gave worked well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ brought my daughter there after reading the reviews and true enough Dr Lim is patient to explain my daughter's condition and more importantly the cream prescribed is very effective and the eczema around the neck and ear miraculously diminished and i am quite certain she will fully recovered within the week. Should have consulted Dr Lim must earlier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Dr Soh awhile back for my eczema, dr soh was very detailed and patiently explained what could have caused the flare up. Also gave me a cream and my eczema cleared in 2 days. Took the precautionary measures advised by dr soh and my eczema barely flared up ever since.
Visited Dr Lim for a suspected case of hfmd/covid. dr lim was very patient as well and was very detailed when performing the diagnosis. Went back for a follow up and he remembered me without having me to repeat what had happened. Dr lim was also very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explained the causes, symptoms and treatment for the viruses.
Worth travelling all the way here for treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Lim for my swap test recently. He is very patient, kind n nimble when performing the swap. Though I am very fearful, he is very assuring and i felt safe with his words to me.
On another occasion after my 1st visit, my hubby went to collect repeat medication from him. Whilst my hubby stood outside the clinic, Dr Lim came out of the clinic despite his busy schedule to talk to me over the phone about my condition.
Such a good, thoughful and responsible doctor. I am thankful to him and wish him all the very best for the future. KUDOS DR LIM!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to the new waves of Omicron, we tried to avoid hospital. Manage to find drip therapy for my mum's dehydration at Clarion.
My mum been going to Dr Lim for the past few years. Dr Lim is a very patient, gentle and caring doctor. He bothers to take time to go through patient's past records so he don't miss out anything.
While he inserts the drip for my mum, his body gesture tells all that he truely cares for his patient which I am pretty touched. My mum's condition did not do well after the drips and Dr Lim refers us best to proceed to hospital just in case. He arranges ambulance in for us. Even after that, he still shows concern for my mum's condition.
Thank you! Dr Lim. We are fortunate to have your Clinic in the neighborhood. Hope your clinic will age together with us in the neighborhood. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are two doctors here at Clarion: Dr. Lim and Dr. Soh. My experience with Dr. Lim was very pleasant. He was extremely patient and kind whilst he was doing the swab tests for me. However, when I brought my mum to the clinic to see Dr. Soh, he was very rough and not the best at making my mum feel safe and assured. I personally witnessed him conduct the COVID swab tests for her, and even though she had warned him that she was afraid since it was her first time, he was still very brutal with the swabs. My mum was in quite a bit of pain afterwards. I’m giving it two stars due to my mum’s experience with Dr Soh.
