Where's the shoes? Really plain and sparse selection. One pair or dull AM90s, no AM1s one pair of AF1s, huge waste of space with creating an atmosphere.

Nice spacious place. Went to buy basket ball shoes and they had available in large sizes which is not easy to get. Very friendly service.

Bad experience here. Had to queue to enter due to safe distancing. It was a long queue more than 10 people ahead of us and had to wait more than half an hour. Not worth the sales. I was attended by sales person Mathew. I asked him " Can you please check for me if other outlets has the shoe as it was the only pair left in that suntec outlet?" He did checked and replied "8.5" and stared at me!?! What was he talking about? Does he know how to reply? So I have to tell him that he was not putting his words correctly. And I asked him again "So you mean that this is the only pair left and no other outlets have it?" And he turned sour and accused me that I was angry. I wasn't angry. For goodness sake! He didn't understand what I asked at the very beginning. I told him you need to phrase your sentences (replies) to customer queries correctly. Then he was upset. The last pair was dirty and I told him to get it clean and he did. I told him that I want the shoe and he just gave me the look of rudeness. I repeated and said that I want the shoe. Wasn't it pretty obvious that I want to purchase it. And guess what's his reply... "You didn't tell me"?!?! He and and another girl staff kept shuddering shoulders like as if I was the one to blame. And I was very disappointed and annoyed! What kind of staff Footlocker employs? Please educate their English.

Staff Clarissa is very kind and patient towards us. Just that they do not have the latest design of Adidas sneakers that i’m looking for. Will go back again next time. Thank you Miss Clarissa!

Had a really good experience here. They've obviously got a great selection and you can trust the authenticity. I came in hoping to take advantage of the 10.10 sale with my wife as we both were on the hunt for white kicks. Unfortunately we ended up getting triple white AF1s that never go on sale ?. But I'm giving this place a 5 because of their service. Both Fateha (I hope I spelled her name right!) and Matt were really patient and friendly despite how busy the store was. Kudos to the both of you!
