I wish their cabin sized luggage have side handles to help flipping the luggage open and close. It would also help for easier loading and unloading.

β β β β β Poor quality. Rubber handle snapped on first use while overseas. Warranty covers replacement but I couldn't trust it anymore. Got rid of the luggage at first opportunity. No more Delsey for me.

Call this suntec shop and was told that they cant do anything! When they were selling it to us they talked like everything they will do for you...

β β β β β Product quality really lousy. After 3 times of use, zipper had problem. But the service centre said cannot be fixed cause they consider it as wear and worn. Just had to throw away. Their 5 years warranty is just lie.
