Very prideful n arrogant service attitude.Young retailers stand in group,when asked about the availability of the shoes sizes,they responded slowly.When asked whether there are more promotion coming up, some said" how do I know, I'm not the boss". They would stare at customers, ignore customer's questions. Luckily I have a list of what I wanted n then just selected on my own. Compared with LE or other shops they would need much more training.FL is not the only options.

What I love about Footlocker in Orchard is the fact that you have several floors of nothing but shoes, each floor has different types of shoes and the very bottom has a basketball court Went there twice to buy my South Park x Adidas. The first time I went there, the staff were VERY busy and didn't really know which shoe I was talking about but that's fine, I don't expect them to know every single shoe and their stocks but the staff was very nice and helpful until I finished paying for my shoes The second time I went there, it was much better. The staff knew what I was talking about because he was a fan of South Park as well and he was very helpful as well. Both times were crowded but the staff were very helpful to me and everyone else The only thing I didn't like was, there's so much space to show off the South Park shoes but both times I went there, they weren't in the same space and I went there 3 days apart. Which really sucks considering that Footlocker is the exclusive retailer partner for those shoes and the staff doesn't know the shoes so I have to Google the shoes and show it to them so that they know. Maybe Footlocker should actually showcase the shoes that is exclusively available in their stores

Came to this shop looking for basketball shoes (more for sport function and not the fashion/hypebae kind) and the staff were really helpful with my needs. I appreciate the insight they gave for the performance and reviews of their different shoe recommendations, which helped me to make a decision quickly.

Great shop with many basketball shoes. Very often they do discounts. If you want to hoop some basketball please book via Instagram slot and go to basement level.

Great service and they had many variety of shoes. Bring along your friends for their birthday gifts if they are into sports. So they can choose which shoes they like me to buy for them. ??

Lovely Store with 4 stories B2 Basketball court (closed) B1 men's wear L1 basketball L2 women's & children wear Staffs were all wearing referees Uniform.. such a cute concept. The largest multi-level retail space I have seen thus far for Foot Locker. Stocked with a huge range of products with men's on basement 1, basketball stuff on level 1, women's and kids on level 2. There is also a basketball court on basement 2 and a link way on level 3 connecting to Orchard Gateway.

Great store with a few levels filled with hyped sneakers of various brands and designs. The store was spacious and allows ample spaces for patrons to move around and try on their footwear. Service staff may not be proportionally allocated to the shop though, as observed that some customers weren't attended to for quite some time
