Cotton On - Cotton On

I went to Somerset 313 branch to exchange an item I bought online for a bigger size. I had previously spoken on live chat and was told i could return the item to any branch, then they would post the new one. I explained this at the branch, and was told i don't want a refund, just send me the bigger size if you don't have it in store. The staff was confused and called her manager. I explained the same thing to the manager who apparently completely ignored what I said, and started processing the refund. I repeated that I just want to exchange the size, add it's too small for my baby. She then claimed that the item was out of stock in all stores and online as well. She also said she would only refund the item and not the shipping cost. (Despite the fact that an item labelled for 6 months old is too small for my 2 month old baby) I was with my baby and didn't feel like arguing, even though she contradicted everything the live chat support had said. After leaving the store, I proceeded to order online, and there was stock indeed. So apparently she lied about that too.

Great place to shop clothes. Quick fashion, lots of variety and I recommend this because it’s one of the bigger outlets that they have. Also, quite nice pieces available and friendly staff.

This cotton on is located in 313 Somerset and is spread over 2 floors. At one glance from the exterior of the building you will think that it looks rather small, but the shop is located at basement 1 too and connected by an internal staircase. The shop layout is your usual cotton layout, and I was able to locate the items I needed easily. The staff’s service is very exemplary too, as she was able to advise me on the exchange policy and also on where are the other branches located close by. The cashiers are very friendly and they were helpful too. However the nets machine was abit slow and I had to wait for a while in order to get my transaction through as 2 nets machine shared the same telephone line. All in all, I would revisit this cotton on branch for my clothing needs.

Love this place. There’s a lot of levels. There’s a large selection and reasonably priced. It’s also in the city so we get some items here that will not be found in other shops.

A quarter of the clothes are on the floor being trampled on while the other half are just throw and piled up together on the racks and shelves. Super untidy.

Visited their pop-up/outlet store (NOT their regular store) in 313 Somerset. This pop-up outlet has a wide variety of sale items (e.g. $10 tees). In the past, Cotton On normally sold sale items at their various outlets islandwide. However, now all of their sales items can be found at this outlet. Items there are sold at much lower prices as compared to items at regular outlets. I spent around 30 to 45 minutes there, as I was really spoilt for choice due to the large variety of sale items there. (Update: the variety of items will change from time to time. Queues for payment can also be very long at times - up to 20+ min wait.)

The queue was very long and only two counters were opened even tho there were 3 staff behind the counter. And one of the staffs at the paying counter was suddenly starting to arrange clothes hangers as if she doesn’t see(or care) those crazy lines !!!??? People were looking at each other in a confusion, waiting, at the end one of the customers complained to her to have her back to the counter.

Went to the shop at B2. There was a sale and the crowds were crazy as if the shop was being looted. We could see that the staff were trying hard to tidy up the place even in the midst of the crowd and long queue. Although the staff looked really tired, they remained polite and helpful.
