M	Mrs Mrs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very small Dr martens store with a tiny selection of shoes and boots. It's more of an express store as opposed to a full service store. No unique collections here, just the iconic boots and shoes.

R	Rach Tham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here wanting to get 2nd opinion. However, the sales lady simply turns me off. She seems rather reluctant to be working and helping customers. When i was there, there were many other customers looking and had expressed keen interest in purchasing, however due to the lack of customer service, they eventually left empty handed. Won't recommend this outlet AT ALL COST!

Very cheerful and helpful, even though he was serving quite a few customers at the same time. This young chap, who has just graduated from SP, and waiting for enlistment, will go far in life, with such good attitude!

Lyndy (sorry if I got her name wrong!) is not only passionate in Dr Martens merchandise but is friendly, patient and extremely knowledgeable in recommending the perfect fit for my daughter. It’s her first 1460 and I’m sure it’s just the beginning of a long journey to come! ? Thank you.
M	Morgana Le Fay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These are the most uncomfortable shoes/boots I have ever owned. After one month, they still feel like clodhoppers. I agree that they look cool, but they are DEFINITELY not comfortable to wear. The store was unable to provIde correct documentation for a GST refund because they said that their gadget/machine was broken. I returned to the store later that day but they were still unable to issue a receipt for GST refund. When I got to the airport, the Customs people told me that what I have been told by the guy in the store (show store receipt and the matching credit card that I used to pay at the shop) was incorrect and I did not get a GST refund. So now I have sore feet from these shoes and no GST refund. Not a very happy customer. I will not recommend these shoes or this store to anyone!
