โ โ โ โ โ Way too pressuring. They never take 'no' as an answer and won't give you time to make informed decisions. They lure you by giving you a free sample then taking that hand and leading you into the store. They'll pack products in a bag without you asking to do so. Please be wary.

โ โ โ โ โ Attracts you to the store by giving you free sample (sales person literally holds your hand and brings you in). Super hard sell tactic even though I politely decline like more than 20 times. Only after 45 minutes sales person realize I am not going part with my money, she finally gives up. My main reason for not purchasing is that I donโt trust products without research and review and she gave me excuses after excuses not to trust reviews online. Glad I was adamant in holding up though there were times I felt like just paying so I could walk away from the store. After reviewing the store online, I realize that they use such tactics to pressure customers into buying. Please beware.
*Caveat : the product tested is actually good.

โ โ โ โ โ Scammed my 17 year old sister who was still a student into buying products even after the fact she said no multiple times. Used free samples with hard selling.Tried to sell it at $200++ but gave an end price of $90 if she gave a review. Her name was Chet Kin. Pls avoid walking near the store. ?

โ โ โ โ โ Recently approached by a salesperson there and his approach (although he was nice ans polite) was super aggressive. Honestly did not want to buy anything there but left the place spending $xxx. When it was time for payment, he held on to my card and pressured me to buy another product.
Have yet to test the product and there was no time to make an informed buying decision.
Left the shop only to have another skincare shop try to sell me their products.

โ โ โ โ โ Recently I been approached by a little girl to try some products in this store.I didโt buy any products. She lend me the name card and tell me about they have some 1st try facial.
Few week after I did a facial in here. This is the best facial ever I done in Singapore!! Not like other place that I been before so pushy and not really did a good facial.The girl name Rachel she was so kind and so professional,she explained about my skin and didnโt mean to sell me. I feel no pressure at all!! I was so happy that I make this decision to try the facial here.

โ โ โ โ โ Iโm coming to give an compliment for a consult girl in this shop with abit blonde hair. I forgot her name .She let me try products din push me to purchase.And even let me go and ask me walk around we the feeling on skin . Come back if I feel good.
End up I go back not because of the product only, more on her service.
I purchased ( The Glow line cleanser was great )
I love the products, it really worth it.
