Spent so much to install 3 panel windows for whole house. Can hear clearly from the noise of motorbikes and heavy vehicles pass by the house. It is not soundproof at all. Very disappointed.

My unit is facing the pool and and kids always scream downstairs when they play there. So I contacted Fortuna Soundproof to see if they could help to install a three panel soundproof glass door at the inner side of the existing glass sliding door at the bedroom leading to the balcony so as to cut down the noise level. Jason Choo was the sales manager for my project. From the first time when I met with him to the completion of installation, he always displayed an excellent professional attitude and skills. His knowledge about the product and the construction details are very comprehensive. He also responds to my queries very promptly. I would like express my sincere appreciation to him for his professionalism and excellent services. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the installation team led by Roy, who is very experienced and two of his team members Xiao Zhang and Saddam .They all very professional and polite. The door was perfectly installed. With the installation of an additional layer of soundproof glass door, the noise level was cut down by almost 95%, based on my personal judgement. The design and color of the door is neat and modern. I'm super satisfied with the product and services provided by Fortuna Soundproof Window Pte ltd. I will recommend it to anyone who has similar needs without reservation. I purchased the gate from Fortune Decogate and also got a Soundproof window for my newly renovated house and after all the necessary installations, I am very satisfied with their service especially the ones installing my windows and gate as they were easy-going. Product wise, I can finally work in peace and not be distracted by any noise. Definitely feels like a home now compared to the past. Highly recommend this company.

Main quibbles: Frame dented - told to accept Window squeak - because its a tight fit Rain entering - i finally got someone else to resolve Sliding door couldnt lock - installer returned twice to resolve Dust and debri in window frame - i myself vacuum Plastering is bad - advised that smooth plastering is the job of main con Agree that double layer window works better at keeping out noise. Eileen from admin was most helpful Compared to standard al windows, feel is like continental car vs japanese car. You decide if the price is worth it. Update Jan 2022: I've found time to add pics of some of the defects i found over the last few months. Also note, had to ask them come rectify squeaking in the sliding windows. The hinged ones started squeaking as well - will remind self to oil them when weekend comes. Update Mar 2022: Having given my feedback, the company was very responsive and sought to rectify the issues. Joe from Fortuna in particular was exemplary. He was responsible and made proposals which were followed through as promised. I think every company will have the occasional lapse but Fortuna's culture of service recovery has been reassuring.

Recommended by my relatives, which I have went down personally to hear the noise reduction. So I decided to purchase for my family. The frames are really thick to support the triple glazed. Works very well for me to block noise from the nearby school. Many thanks to Fortuna and Team.

Decided to replace my normal wooden door to Fortuna UPVC Soundproof Door with triple glazed privacy glass so that I can study my exams at ease. Results are better than i expected, and my mum also told me that 24/7 aircon bills also decreased slightly as the material provides thermal insulation.

Engaged Fortuna to install soundproof windows with blinds for my room and I must say I am impressed. My room is much cooler now as lesser sunlight is passing thru into my room because of the material used. I also saved on electricity bills. My WFH has been more productive as the windows really does its job, blocking out noises from neighboring schools kids. Enquiries were answered promptly and professionally by the salesman. We approached Fortuna for a solution as our block is located beside AYE, with our previous poorly aligned windows, expressway pollutions (noisy and dusty) were our biggest concerns. After installation of these soundproof windows, we can enjoy the peace and calmness in our house. The house is now feeling much cooler, alot less dusty, and most importantly no more expressway noise.
