To whom it may concern, My name is Chih-Yung, Wu, and I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the indecent email title sent to me by one of your employees on 1/6/2022. It occurred approximately at 5pm on LinkedIn as the employee was reaching out to me and offering me FAE/TSE job opportunities from Texas Instruments. The employee’s name is Sybil Wang, a senior consultant from Chengdu office in China, and she wrote me ambiguous qualifications of the FAE position so that I politely ask for more information just to make sure if I am qualified for the post. At first, she doesn’t seem to fully understand the qualifications of the position, so I gave her my email address to let her send me more of the job descriptions. However, what Miss Wang sent me through email was not just the attachments of JDs of FAE/TSE, but also including improper title “Hi Crok,” which sounds like Crock to me and I believe the spelling of my name is quite so far from “Crok.” I hope that this letter explains my feelings and disappointment with what has occurred.
