β β β β β Had some problems with my washer since last night. LG managed to send a technician down today after I called at 8.30am. Fast response??. Technician called to troubleshoot over the phone and brought the right parts down.
Repair was done in less than 30mins. Very pleased with the prompt response and efficient service from LG repair service team. Keep up with the good work!

β β β β β PLEASE DO NOT BUY LG OLED TV! LG OLED 55EG910T bought end of 2016. last week cannot switch on. The technician came reset via his special remote and told me everything is fine but the OLED screen is going bad!!, need to replace, the cost $1200!!. Paid $170 service and now 4 days later TV stopped working again as they said the screen is going bad. Unbelievable for something that cost over $2000 gets spoilt in less than 5 years. LG local management bravely put up "message to Singapore CEO" on their website. I sent a message but as expected no response. Its a useless PR stunt by LG marketing. Fix your quality and fix my TV instead putting meaningless messages on your website. Paying $1200 for a panel is more expensive than a replacement TV from Samsung or Sony and would be a better and more reliable option.Incidentally I have old Sony and Panasonic Plasma TV which are still going strong after more than 9 years! I hope LG is listening. I will ensure that everyone I know hears about this situation and doesn't spend money on such poor quality and customer relations!. The set say "Made in Korea" probably by LGIT or KTY but it hasn't helped in quality. Very disappointing LG! I thought that I was buying a quality product from a global quality brand I was so wrong!!! Also please stop claiming falsely that your OLED TV can work for long time since the panel itself cannot last. Pathetic

If after-sales is important to you I would advise against buying LG products in Singapore.

β β β β β Look nice , yet poor quality , $2400 refrigerator only last for 3 years. Poor service attitude, compare to Japanese brand that last more than 10 over years. PLEASE consider twice.

β β β β β Value for $. Always like LG quality products. Recently bought a LG 43UN7100PTA UHD 4K TV UHD. Screen clarity & colour fantastic with HDR+. Quad core & fast Internet. Many functions built in that I needed. Like Google Voice Assistant, Many HDMI & ARC, USB inputs, optical, auxiliary, Casting, etc. Got it cheap in Shoppee with discount vouchers.

β β β β β Terrible customer experience. Bought a premium Gram laptop but to redeem the free MS office , one has to go in person to a Centre in Havelock road whereβs thereβs only 1 person processing a slew of redemptions. No other centers exist and obviously LG does not trust the retailer to redeem the free MS office . Budget 2 hours during a work day to get your free software.
In a day and age where things are going digital and online , here we are in the Stone Age , carrying the physical cut outs of the barcode , in person and waiting in queue for an hour or so .

β β β β β Bought a LG 32UL950 Monitor for $1899. Was told its compatible with the Mac Studio. However its not compatible with the Max Studio. Brightness and sound cannot be controlled via the Mac Studio. Asked LG for support, the support team doesn't know what is happening and takes days to reply one message.

β β β β β Poor quality and service staff: The dishwasherβs wired basket quality sucks, the plastic costing pelt off very within one year, I called the service center and was told that was not covered in the warranty and I need to pay for a new set and gave me a quotation, next time I called in, another person answered the call and increased the quotation by $20, felt I cannot trust them any more. The service man sent by the company seemed to know nothing about the product at all and damaged the water spray arm by force, and had to ask for a replacement, LG need to train their service men properly before send them out to service
